Monday - Tomato Soup, Herbed Zucchini Bread

Tuesday - Mac and Cheese with Ham, Salad

Wednesday - Pasta with Kale, Kalamata Olives, Dried Cranberries, Toasted Garlic and Feta

Thursday - Grilled Chicken, Roasted Cabbage Slaw with Hazelnuts and Lemon

Friday - Pappardelle with Roasted Butternut Squash and Ricotta, Salad, Artisan Bread

Saturday - Sausage, Lentil and Kale Soup

Sunday - Shrimp Stew with Coconut Milk, Tomatoes and Cilantro
